We are currently partnering with a leading provider of cloud-based CRM and digital solutions for the healthcare and life sciences industries. Their flagship platform helps pharmaceutical companies boost commercial performance through innovation, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

As they expand into the U.S. market, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the adoption of their solutions and build strong relationships with new clients.

This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a high-impact product and an international team.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the pharma sector, promoting our IT solutions (CRM and beyond), and contributing to strategic growth in the U.S. region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present and promote our CRM and IT solutions to potential clients
  • Attend industry events to represent the company and generate leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-selling opportunities
  • Participate in co-selling initiatives on platforms like AWS Marketplace
  • Conduct market analysis to support sales planning and execution
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and monitor business targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales to pharma companies, ideally in CRM or other IT/tech solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on
  • Experience in international product companies is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Co-selling experience via AWS is a strong advantage
