Overview:
From 5411 Hub, we are supporting the search for a Sales Engineer on behalf of a leading technology company specialized in providing CRM and data solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
In this role, you will act as a strategic technical advisor throughout the sales process, working closely with business development and client teams to tailor CRM solutions to the specific needs of pharma companies. You’ll help demonstrate the value of our technology, guide prospects through technical evaluations, and support solution design efforts that drive successful sales outcomes.
We are looking for a driven and client-oriented professional with a mix of sales acumen, technical know-how, and pharma industry understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the commercial team to understand client pain points and map our CRM platform’s value to their business goals.
- Lead and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to pharma-specific use cases and workflows.
- Participate in discovery calls and technical qualification of prospects.
- Design and validate solution architectures based on client needs (e.g., HCP/HCO management, field force enablement, multichannel engagement).
- Contribute to RFP/RFI processes, technical proposals, and scoping of implementation.
- Liaise between sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, presentations, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or Technical Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare tech market is highly valued.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or Zoho.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with SQL Server databases is a plus.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data integrations, and webhooks is a plus.
