We are currently conducting a search for an important market-leading company in its segment that is expanding its operations in the United States and seeking to incorporate a Junior Project Manager into its team.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated, proactive Junior Project Manager—a recent university graduate with a strong academic background and a minimum of 3 years of prior work experience. This person will be responsible for supporting and executing projects from concept to completion, working closely with leadership to help shape the company’s growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional eager to learn, take ownership of initiatives, and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic growth initiatives and assist in long-term business planning.
• Participate in product development projects: conduct market research, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
• Assist in daily operations across multiple departments.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and provide data-based recommendations.
• Help plan and execute marketing activities, including trade shows and branding efforts.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent university graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of previous work experience in project coordination, operations, marketing, or similar roles.
• Highly analytical, organized, and resourceful.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Based in Miami and available to work on-site in our Aventura office.
