E-Commerce & Sales Assistant – USA Market (A)

Location: 100% On-site – Miami, FL (WeWork Wynwood possible)

Contract Type: Full-time (Initial 3-month contract with potential extension)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Role

At 5411 Hub, we are seeking an E-Commerce & Sales Assistant to support the launch and growth of a new professional certifications e-commerce platform in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in training and certifications, working directly from Miami to help drive sales and marketing operations in a high-growth environment.


Main Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Management: Upload and update products, manage inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Automation & Optimization: Implement and oversee automated sales and customer service workflows.
  • Multi-Channel Sales & Customer Service: Respond to and close sales via chat, email, and phone.
  • Operational Support: Liaise with the technical team to resolve minor issues.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track sales, conversion rates, and traffic metrics; recommend improvements.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Assist in engaging high-value B2B accounts, including corporate clients interested in certifying teams in Scrum, ISO 27001, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and other programs.
  • Lead Generation: Support outreach campaigns targeting HR managers, founders, and decision-makers in U.S.-based companies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management (Shopify).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (GoHighLevel, ManyChat, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Background in digital content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, blogs/websites, and basic SEO).
  • Sales and customer service experience via chat, phone, and email.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Previous experience selling digital products or professional certifications.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, ABM strategy, online advertising, and analytics.
  • Ability to design and optimize conversion funnels for social media.
  • Experience in B2B environments targeting corporate accounts.
