From 5411 Hub, we are leading the search for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an important online advertising agency with strong growth in the U.S. and LATAM markets.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, paid media, and client relationship building, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Support sales executives in developing and executing outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
- Keep CRM and sales pipeline updated and organized.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing strategies and Paid Media.
- Experience in e-commerce management (Shopify preferred).
- Knowledge of automation tools (GoHighLevel, ManyChat, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience in digital content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, blogs/websites, basic SEO).
- Background in sales and customer service (via chat, phone, and email).
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
