The Role: Meta Ads Director
This is a senior leadership position with full ownership of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
This is not a role for someone who simply “runs ads.”
You will design, systematize, and lead the Meta Ads function end to end.
You will be accountable for:
- Strategy

- Team leadership
- Client communication
This role requires strong judgment, ownership, and operator-level decision-making.
Minimum Experience Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must have:
- 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience
- 5+ years working inside a digital marketing agency
- Experience managing multiple client ad accounts simultaneously
- Proven success with Meta Ads focused on lead generation
- Strong background in local lead generation for service-based businesses
- Fluent written and spoken English (client-facing role)

1. Performance & Results Ownership
- Own Meta Ads performance across all assigned clients
- Build campaigns optimized for:
- Lead quality
- Booked jobs
- Revenue impact
- Continuously monitor and optimize performance
- Quickly diagnose issues and implement solutions independently
- Take full accountability for outcomes — not excuses
2. Optimization & Systems Thinking
- Build and maintain a Meta Ads playbook
- Create SOPs for:
- Account setup
- Campaign structures
- Creative testing
- Scaling winning campaigns
- Performance recovery
- Ensure optimization is systematic, repeatable, and scalable
3. Creative Strategy & Problem Solving
- Lead creative direction (hooks, messaging, formats)
- Collaborate with design and video teams
- Test and iterate offers based on data, not opinions
- Understand contractor buyer psychology (trust, urgency, local relevance)
- Approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
4. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor media buyers and junior team members
- Enforce performance and operational standards
- Train the team on internal systems and best practices
- Continuously elevate the level of execution across the department
5. Client Communication
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients in English
- Explain strategy, performance, optimization decisions, and next steps
- Translate advertising data into business outcomes clients understand
- Maintain professionalism and composure in all client interactions
