The company is developing concrete, scalable, and sustainable use cases, combining product design, tokenomics, and liquidity to support long-term ecosystem growth.

This is a product-first role with real leverage, not a business analysis or advisory position. You sit at the intersection of strategy, product design, and execution, translating high-level initiatives into clear, buildable end-to-end flows, with tokenomics and liquidity embedded from day one.

The role focuses on turning complex on-chain activity, incentives, and user behavior into actionable insights that shape product decisions, user journeys, and ecosystem growth. Your work will directly influence how products are designed, how incentives are structured, and how long-term adoption is measured.

The mandate is ambitious: deliver a flagship real-world use case, supported by a family of complementary flows that people actually understand and use — making token utility tangible and recognizable.

What you will do

• Define canonical end-to-end product flows that squads can implement with confidence
• Embed tokenomics and liquidity mechanics directly into user journeys from the start
• Drive measurable improvements in:
  • Adoption
  • User comprehension
  • Drop-off and failure points

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategy and active initiatives into detailed end-to-end flows (states, transitions, failure modes, edge cases)
• Define implementation-ready flow requirements (inputs, outputs, constraints, dependencies, acceptance criteria)
• Identify, quantify, and own friction across flows (on-ramping, comprehension, telemetry gaps, operational load) through resolution
• Define success metrics per critical flow and partner with Data teams to instrument telemetry
• Model tokenomics impact within flows, including incentives, costs, rewards, and governance touchpoints
• Treat liquidity as a first-class design constraint, mapping dependencies, risks, and mitigation paths
• Ensure tokenomics and liquidity considerations are embedded in all relevant flow definitions
• Track market trends and competitor patterns, translating what works into concrete product improvements
• Provide structured decision input to Product leadership on prioritization and trade-offs
• Help define team OKRs aligned with broader company and product goals
• Establish shared terminology and mental models across Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Marketing, and Finance
• Raise the quality bar for written artifacts: specs, flow diagrams, and decision memos

Qualifications & Experience

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and abstraction, turning fuzzy concepts into testable flows
• Proven experience owning complex end-to-end flows involving money, assets, and failure modes
• Exceptional written communication skills (AI used as a force multiplier, not a substitute)
• Practical understanding of crypto mechanics: wallets, on/off ramps, bridges, liquidity, pricing, fees
• Ability to reason about tokenomics and incentives at both flow and ecosystem levels — and simplify them for users
• Strong product mindset with hands-on experience driving product–market fit through data and iteration
• Ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders through clarity and trust
• Independent, proactive operator with strong ownership and follow-through
• Systems thinking, with awareness of second-order effects (liquidity, ops, legal, finance)
• Curiosity about market best practices, balanced with pragmatic judgment
• Experience in fintech, payments, trading, onboarding, or hands-on crypto work is highly valued
• Alignment with Bitcoin principles and thoughtful conviction about Bitcoin DeFi
