Job Opportunity: Senior Product Designer (Illustration, Motion & UX/UI)

Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing, hybrid Senior Product Designer with exceptional illustration skills. You are a creative and systems thinker who questions the status quo and proposes bold, user-centered solutions. Joining a small and passionate Product Design team, you will help prove that Web3 is accessible to everyone.

In this role, you will shape intuitive and inclusive designs across web, mobile, and print. You will own and evolve the global design system, produce standout illustrations and motion assets, and bring consistency to all digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Identify user pain points through research and prototyping, translating insights into functional and delightful solutions.
• Visual Excellence: Maintain high standards in typography, layout, and composition, delivering pixel-perfect designs.
• Design Systems: Build and manage a scalable design system in Figma to ensure consistency across all products.
• Creative Assets: Produce original, hand-drawn illustrations and motion design assets for digital experiences and physical merchandise.
• Mentorship: Collaborate with and inspire mid-level and junior designers to conceptualize innovative and user-centric designs.
• Design QA: Conduct quality assurance and post-release evaluations to ensure the highest output quality.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in Product or Visual Design roles.
• Hybrid Mastery: A proven ability to own the full product design process (UX/UI) combined with a portfolio of original illustration work (created by hand/tablet).
• Figma Expert: Essential experience building and managing robust, scalable design systems.
• IC Mentality: A strong individual contributor mindset with the motivation to stay hands-on with design.
• Strategic Thinking: Evidence of UX thinking, problem-solving, and strategic rationale (not just visual polish).
• Modern Aesthetic: A versatile and modern portfolio that shows range across different platforms and use cases.
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for Web3 or crypto-related products.
• Basic motion design/micro-interactions (After Effects or Figma-based).
