Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can fully own and execute the company’s marketing efforts. This is a high-impact role for someone who can design, create, manage, and deliver across multiple channels with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all marketing initiatives end-to-end.
• Design high-quality marketing materials for a US healthcare audience.
• Execute email marketing campaigns for large customer lists.
• Manage, create, and upkeep content for:
  • Trade shows.
  • Flyers and brochures.
  • Website updates.
  • Videos and presentations.
  • LinkedIn presence and content.
• Coordinate messaging across products and channels.
• Use AI tools to increase speed, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
• Strong design sense with attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable handling multiple projects at once.
• Highly independent and accountable.
• Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, design tools, automation, etc.).
• Experience using email marketing software and CRM to capture new customers based on large email lists.
