Sales Manager – Medical Products

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help grow the customer base, launch new products, and strengthen relationships. This role is ideal for someone from a younger generation who is comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and modern sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Introduce new products and grow existing accounts.
  • Travel to trade shows and customer meetings.
  • Responsible for follow-ups after trade shows.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and execution.
  • Execute email and digital marketing campaigns for large customer lists.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Medical or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and customers.
  • Creative and proactive in landing new business.
