Project Manager – Medical Supplies & Operations

Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to be based in our Miami office. This professional will oversee internal initiatives, streamline operational workflows, and manage the end-to-end execution of product launches and supply chain projects. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring structure to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate between departments (Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain) to ensure seamless product launches and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and manage project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or similar) to increase team transparency.
• Optimize internal processes and communication workflows to improve speed and efficiency.
• Support the executive team in tracking KPIs and project milestones.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure materials and campaigns are aligned with project timelines.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to document processes and reduce manual tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management (Experience in Healthcare, Medical Supplies, or Logistics is a strong plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in modern Project Management software and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.) to optimize productivity.
• Problem-solver mindset with the ability to work independently in a lean team.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus, but hands-on experience is prioritized.
