At 5411 Hub, we are currently leading the search for a Sales Director to join a growing and well-established company within the premium travel industry, currently in a strong scale-up phase.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing outbound sales organization within a high-value market segment.


🚀 About the Role

The Sales Director will play a key role in leading and elevating the company’s sales strategy, combining both strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

This position reports directly to the CEO and will have full responsibility for the performance, structure, and growth of the sales team.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the outbound sales organization
  • Drive revenue growth and improve conversion of high-intent leads
  • Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Personally close high-value deals and lead complex negotiations
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies

🔎 What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles (Director / Head of Sales / similar)
  • Strong background in premium services or high-ticket sales environments
  • Hands-on experience closing complex, high-value deals
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with execution capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in growth-stage or scaling companies is highly valued

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $150,000
  • Incentive structure: Up to $10,000+ annually based on performance
  • Estimated total compensation: $160,000
  • Benefits: Eligible after 30 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Aflac, HSA, and 401(k) after 6 months
