At 5411 Hub, we are currently supporting the search for a Sales Manager to join a leading company in the luxury travel and cruise industry, currently in a strong growth phase.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver personalized, high-end and memorable travel experiences to clients worldwide, within a business that combines a consultative approach with concierge-style service.
The Role
You will lead and develop the sales team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of ambitious targets.
At the same time, you will ensure a premium, white-glove customer experience, working closely with cross-functional teams.
This role combines leadership, data-driven decision making, and continuous optimization of sales processes, with a strong focus on team development and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets
- Analyzing data, trends, and KPIs to optimize results
- Overseeing and improving outbound sales strategies and processes
- Conducting 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
- Reviewing live and recorded sales calls to enhance client engagement and conversion
- Driving CRM adoption and usage to improve team efficiency
- Collaborating closely with the Concierge (sales support) team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and increasing operational efficiency
- Contributing to the development and optimization of sales scripts and methodologies
- Resolving client, operational, and team-related challenges
- Identifying new market opportunities and contributing to growth strategies
- Working cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams

- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in outbound environments
- Results-driven and data-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Ability to deliver a high-touch, luxury customer experience
- Servant leadership mindset, with a strong focus on team development
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Experience in outbound sales environments
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in travel/cruise industry is a plus

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000
- Incentive structure: Up to $10,000+ annually based on performance
- Estimated total compensation: $160,000
- Benefits: Eligible after 30 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Aflac, HSA, and 401(k) after 6 months
