Position Summary

At 5411 Hub, we are partnering with a leading global technology and supply chain consulting firm to find a Director of PMO – Delivery Program Manager to lead and scale their global delivery organization.

This role is responsible for overseeing the performance, governance, and capability of Project Managers while operating the PMO as a strategic function that ensures consistent, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across all engagements.

The Director will balance executive-level oversight with hands-on execution—driving portfolio governance, optimizing resources, and ensuring financial performance—while also stepping in to lead high-impact or complex projects when required.

We are looking for a senior leader with strong experience in program and project management—ideally within SAP supply chain environments—who thrives in fast-paced consulting settings and brings a combination of strategic vision, operational rigor, and leadership excellence.
