We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director who can lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on AI-powered digital marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning.
This role will be key in driving regional growth, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, and implementing scalable strategies across multiple markets.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead demand generation initiatives and optimize lead acquisition across channels
- Implement AI-driven marketing strategies to improve performance and personalization
- Oversee digital campaigns, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and continuously optimize results
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or senior marketing leader in tech or high-growth environments
- Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and growth strategies
- Experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and funnel optimization
- Experience managing regional or multi-country marketing strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
