Key Account Manager (LATAM) – Strategic Accounts & Growth

At 5411 Hub – Headhunting & Recruiting Experts, we are partnering with a leading technology company with presence across LATAM and the United States to hire multiple Key Account Managers (LATAM) to drive client growth, retention, and strategic account development across the region.


🚀 About the Role

We are looking for high-performing Key Account Managers with a strong commercial mindset and experience managing strategic clients in multi-country environments.

This role is critical in ensuring long-term client relationships, revenue expansion, and customer success, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner for key accounts across LATAM.

📍 Work Model: Hybrid in each respective country


🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across LATAM
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
  • Monitor account performance and develop strategic growth plans
  • Provide insights on market trends and client needs across the region

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
  • Strong background in B2B sales, account management, or customer success
  • Experience managing regional or multi-country accounts in LATAM
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus)
