At 5411 Hub – Headhunting & Recruiting Experts, we are partnering with a leading technology company with presence across the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Brazil, Chile, and Panama to hire a BI Manager to lead and scale the company’s data and analytics capabilities.

🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven leader with strong technical expertise and business vision to drive the evolution of the company’s Business Intelligence strategy.

This role will be key in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth across multiple regions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BI and data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
• Drive data-driven decision-making culture across the organization
• Manage and develop a high-performing BI/Data team
• Oversee data architecture, ETL processes, and analytics tools
• Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to leadership

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a BI Manager, Analytics Manager, or similar role
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis methodologies
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments
• Experience in multi-country or regional environments is a plus
• Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset

❗ Must-Have Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data roles
• Proven experience leading BI or data teams
• Strong experience building dashboards and reporting solutions for business stakeholders
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and decision-makers
