At 5411 Hub, we have partnered with a well-established travel company to identify a Consultative Sales Executive who will play a key role in helping clients design personalized travel experiences while driving business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for travel, hospitality, and customer experience.
You will work closely with clients, travel partners, and internal teams to understand travelers’ needs, recommend customized itineraries, and deliver exceptional service from the first interaction through the completion of each trip.
About the Role
As the Consultative Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
This position combines consultative sales, customer relationship management, travel planning, business development, and account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and delivering tailored travel solutions.
You will work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where service excellence and relationship-building are essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through consultative sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customers’ travel preferences, objectives, and budgets.
- Design personalized travel experiences and vacation packages.
- Present proposals and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry through post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and tourism partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate client information and sales activities within the CRM.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each booking.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in consultative sales.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, tourism, or luxury services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.

Requirements
- Advanced English (required).
