At 5411 Hub, we have partnered with an innovative technology company to identify an AI Tech Director who will lead the company’s artificial intelligence strategy, drive technological innovation, and oversee the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced technology leader with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, software architecture, and engineering leadership who is passionate about transforming businesses through emerging technologies.
You will work closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, and business teams to define the company’s AI roadmap, accelerate innovation, and deliver scalable AI-powered products.
About the Role
As the AI Tech Director, you will be responsible for defining the organization’s AI vision, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensuring the successful design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions.
This role combines AI strategy, software architecture, engineering leadership, machine learning, cloud technologies, product innovation, and business alignment, making it ideal for a leader who enjoys solving complex challenges while building high-performing technical teams.
You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and positioning the company at the forefront of AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s Artificial Intelligence strategy.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering and AI teams.
- Design scalable AI architectures and technology roadmaps.
- Drive the development of Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Executive teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and best practices.
- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of AI platforms.
- Establish engineering standards, development processes, and technical governance.
- Oversee AI project delivery from concept through production.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the technology organization in strategic business discussions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles such as AI Director, Head of AI, CTO, Engineering Director, or similar.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Experience leading software engineering and data science teams.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise architectures.
- Strong knowledge of modern software development practices and DevOps.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technology strategies.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.

Requirements
