About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Engineer to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure, platforms, and tools that enable the development, deployment, and scaling of AI and Machine Learning solutions across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and DevOps teams to create reliable, secure, and scalable environments that support AI applications and Generative AI initiatives. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, MLOps, automation, and Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI and Machine Learning platforms and infrastructure.
• Build scalable environments for training, deploying, and monitoring AI models.
• Implement and manage MLOps workflows and automation pipelines.
• Support the deployment and lifecycle management of Machine Learning and Generative AI applications.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions and automate platform operations.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to streamline model development and deployment processes.
• Manage cloud-based AI infrastructure and compute resources.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and governance solutions for AI systems.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Understanding of Machine Learning workflows, MLOps principles, and AI infrastructure requirements.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.

Language Requirements

Advanced English (mandatory).

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with international teams in both written and spoken English.
