About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI-powered products and solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities, working closely with engineering, data, design, and leadership teams.

You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered products and features.
• Identify business opportunities and translate them into product requirements and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Gather and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and market requirements.
• Define product goals, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Manage product backlogs and lead prioritization efforts.
• Coordinate product releases and ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Monitor product performance and continuously drive improvements based on data and user feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in technology environments.
• Experience managing digital products, software platforms, or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Language Requirements

Advanced English (mandatory).
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with international teams in both written and spoken English.
