5411Hub is expanding its network of Freelance Recruiters in Colombia, Venezuela and Peru. We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals with 3+ years of experience to support hiring projects across IT, Executive, and non-technical roles for clients throughout Latin America and the United States.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity, ideal for recruiters who are self-driven, results-oriented, and have advanced or fluent English, as you will collaborate with international clients and candidates on a daily basis.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source, interview, and assess candidates.
- Present qualified talent to clients.
- Recruit Technology, Digital, Engineering, Corporate, Management, and C-Level professionals across multiple industries.
- Collaborate remotely with our recruiting team.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting Technology, Digital, Engineering, Corporate, Management, and C-Level profiles.
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
- Availability to work on a freelance basis.
- Experience in Coaching or Executive Coaching will be highly valued.
