As a key commercial leader, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, managing key accounts, and identifying growth opportunities in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.


🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead high-level sales engagements with pharma clients across the U.S.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and long-term account management.
  • Promote cutting-edge CRM platforms, data services, and digital tools tailored to pharma needs.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and partnership opportunities.

✅ Ideal Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles, specifically in tech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare data sectors.
  • Proven ability to sell digital/CRM/data solutions to enterprise-level clients in pharma.
  • Strong understanding of pharma commercial models, compliance, and data-driven engagement.
  • Comfortable working remotely and engaging clients across time zones.
  • Established network within the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with a consultative sales approach and ability to hit ambitious targets.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
