About the Role

The Cruise Sales Coach will be responsible for leading training, coaching, and performance development initiatives for cruise sales teams. The role focuses on enhancing sales skills, improving customer interactions, increasing conversions, and supporting overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor cruise sales advisors and sales representatives to improve individual and team performance.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, techniques, and overall performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and productivity metrics.
  • Design and implement development plans for sales professionals.
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review calls, customer interactions, and sales performance data to identify coaching opportunities.
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with company standards.
  • Keep sales teams updated on cruise products, destinations, promotions, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Coaching, Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, or related roles.
  • Previous experience within the cruise, travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of consultative sales methodologies and sales development practices.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching and training initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales performance tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading or coaching cruise sales teams.
  • Knowledge of major cruise lines, destinations, and industry trends.
  • Experience designing and implementing sales training programs.
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Success methodologies.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
