We are seeking a strategic AEM professional with a strong track record in enterprise implementations, digital roadmap definition, and Adobe Experience Cloud adoption. Strategic Leadership

• Define and drive AEM strategy aligned with clients’ business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Build mid- and long-term roadmaps covering cloud migration, integrations, and digital innovation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and Adobe Experience Cloud updates to keep clients ahead of the curve.
• Establish best practices for scalable, secure, and future-ready AEM architectures.
• Promote data-driven AEM solutions aligned with KPIs, personalization, and customer experience strategies.

Team & Talent Management

• Identify critical skills and roles for successful AEM implementation.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
• Lead technical assessments, hiring, and performance reviews.

Client Engagement & Business Growth

• Build strong client relationships, translating business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Maximize AEM value for clients, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner.
• Act as a trusted advisor, uncovering new business opportunities and leading strategic workshops.
• Guide clients in digital best practices, compliance, security, and operational excellence.

🧠 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AEM development, architecture, and leadership roles.
• Proven success in managing and scaling AEM teams.
• Deep expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Strong knowledge of MarTech ecosystem: Adobe Experience Cloud, Analytics, Target, CDP, Campaign, CRM.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and enterprise-level digital transformation.
• Fluent English, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Adobe Certified Expert or Master – AEM Sites Architect.
• Experience advising on digital strategy, personalization, and AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Adobe Sensei and ML models for AI-powered personalization.
• Knowledge of headless AEM architectures using GraphQL and Content Fragments.
