This opportunity is open to candidates across Argentina, with a fully remote work model.
🚀 About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and agent-based platforms (Azure AI Foundry or similar).
You will actively contribute to client-facing delivery projects, working across multiple use cases and industries. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions based on defined functional and technical requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain intelligent agents using Azure AI Foundry or similar platforms (e.g., LangGraph or proprietary frameworks)
- Apply LLMOps best practices: model and prompt versioning, evaluation, monitoring, and observability
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready
- Document technical decisions, architectures, and learnings to support continuous improvement
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Data Scientist
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Agent development and orchestration
- Prompt engineering
- Evaluation and deployment in production environments
- Experience working with Azure AI Foundry or similar agent development platforms
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and deployment processes
- Ability to build and maintain scalable agent workflows following architectural guidelines
- Strong communication skills for collaborative delivery environments
- Intermediate to advanced English
