About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven AI Project Manager with strong experience leading software engineering teams delivering AI-enabled products.

This role requires more than traditional project coordination. The ideal candidate understands the AI/ML lifecycle, software development processes, and the operational challenges of deploying AI applications at scale.

You will lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Product, QA, and DevOps, ensuring delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Leadership

• Lead AI and software engineering projects from discovery through deployment
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
• Align technical execution with business priorities
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams across time zones

AI & Software Development Lifecycle Management

• Oversee projects involving:
  • Generative AI integrations
  • Machine learning models
  • AI-driven automation
  • AI-powered applications
• Understand and coordinate phases such as:
  • Data preparation
  • Model development
  • Model validation
  • Deployment & monitoring
• Ensure responsible AI practices and model governance

Agile & Delivery Excellence

• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives)
• Manage backlogs and prioritization with Product stakeholders
• Track KPIs including velocity, cycle time, delivery predictability
• Ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes

Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify technical and operational risks early
• Manage AI-related risks (bias, data privacy, compliance)
• Ensure adherence to data security and governance standards
• Balance speed with stability and scalability

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Translate complex AI concepts into business language
