Artificial Intelligence Manager

📢 At 5411 Hub, we are hiring an Artificial Intelligence Manager for a leading industrial company based in Pilar, Zona Norte (Buenos Aires, Argentina).

Role Objective:
Design, lead, and execute the company-wide AI and automation strategy to enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and enable data-driven decision-making across all departments.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration across industrial, logistics, commercial, financial, and other core processes.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions (machine learning, computer vision, NLP, etc.).
  • Oversee projects involving predictive analytics, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process automation.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, AI tools, and automation platforms.
  • Establish ethical and secure data and AI usage policies.
  • Measure the impact of AI initiatives and report results to the executive leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, operations, engineering, HR) to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions.

🧠 Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation projects in industrial or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong expertise in AI technologies: machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), RPA, etc.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Strategic leadership mindset with a strong focus on results and business impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technological proposals across departments.
  • Previous experience applying AI in industrial processes, smart manufacturing, or predictive maintenance is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
