Our client is an innovative organization focused on accelerating cloud adoption and business growth through strategic technology partnerships. As part of its expansion strategy, the company is strengthening its AWS alliance function to drive co-sell opportunities, marketplace growth, and ecosystem engagement across the United States.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Alliance Manager to own and expand the company’s relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS), driving strategic initiatives that generate revenue, increase market visibility, and create scalable partnership opportunities.

The successful candidate will work closely with AWS stakeholders, internal leadership, sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that support long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers, Account Teams, Solution Architects, Marketplace Teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive AWS co-sell motions and identify joint customer opportunities.
  • Develop and execute AWS alliance strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage AWS Marketplace initiatives, including private offers and partner-led opportunities.
  • Track, report, and optimize AWS-generated pipeline and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Coordinate participation in AWS partner programs, events, webinars, workshops, and executive meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Increase brand visibility and engagement within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with AWS consulting partners, system integrators, and technology alliances.
  • Monitor AWS ecosystem trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in AWS Alliances, Strategic Partnerships, Channel Management, Business Development, Cloud Partnerships, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of AWS Partner Network (APN), AWS Marketplace, and AWS co-sell programs.
  • Experience working within SaaS, cloud, software, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Experience generating and managing partner-driven sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS ISV Accelerate and other AWS partner programs.
  • Experience driving business through AWS Marketplace.
  • Existing network and relationships within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of cloud go-to-market strategies and marketplace procurement processes.
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams.
  • Background in SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI, or Digital Transformation solutions.
