🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a relationship-driven and commercially oriented professional to manage and expand partnerships with carriers, telecom providers, and connectivity vendors across the region.
This role is critical in ensuring service quality, cost optimization, and scalability of telecommunications infrastructure, while supporting business growth through strong strategic alliances.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with carriers and telecom providers
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, SLAs, and service terms
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and service improvement
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service performance
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed standards
- Support expansion initiatives by enabling scalable and reliable connectivity solutions
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and external carriers
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Carrier Relations, Vendor Management, or Telecom Partnerships
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and services
- Experience negotiating contracts, pricing models, and SLAs
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
- Experience in multi-country or regional environments is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
