At 5411 Hub – Headhunting & Recruiting Experts, we are partnering with a leading technology company with presence across the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Chile to hire a Cloud & Infrastructure Manager for their operations in Buenos Aires.
This is a key role within a major technology transformation process, focused on evolving infrastructure toward a modern, scalable, and cloud-first environment.
🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Manager with strong technical expertise and business orientation to lead the evolution of the company’s infrastructure.

You will play a critical role in transitioning from traditional environments to modern architectures, driving automation, scalability, and operational efficiency in close collaboration with Architecture, Development, and Operations teams.
🔑 This role includes direct leadership and coordination of a team of 8 infrastructure professionals, so strong people management and team development experience is essential.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the cloud and infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead the transition to distributed, scalable, and highly available architectures
- Drive cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives
- Implement automation and standardization (IaC, CI/CD, observability)
- Ensure performance, availability, security, and reliability of systems
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of 8 engineers
- Manage budget, cost optimization, and vendor relationships
- Define KPIs, metrics, and governance for infrastructure operations
🧠 Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience leading infrastructure or cloud teams in transformation environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience designing modern, distributed, and scalable architectures
- Solid knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Experience working within a DevOps culture and practices
- Strong ability to connect technology decisions with business impact
- Experience managing budgets and technology investment decisions
❗ Must-Have Requirements
- +5 years of experience in leadership roles within infrastructure or cloud
- Proven track record leading cloud migrations or cloud-first strategies
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Proven experience leading and coordinating teams (minimum 5 people; ideally 8 or more)
