Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B)

From 5411 Hub, a consulting firm specialized in headhunting across Latin America and the United States, we are partnering with a leading company in the distribution of commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment, with presence in Florida and LATAM, to find a Digital Marketing Specialist.

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven professional to lead demand generation and brand positioning through high-impact digital marketing initiatives.

What will be your challenge?
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies, with direct impact on lead generation and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Lead Generation

  • Design and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Run A/B testing to improve CTR, conversions, and CPL
  • Ensure proper lead integration and tracking within the CRM
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Develop automated flows based on the customer journey
  • Create segmented newsletters and relevant content
  • Analyze key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion)
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team

Social Media & Content

  • Manage social media, with a strong focus on Instagram
  • Drive growth across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Create and coordinate content (graphics, videos, copy)
  • Monitor performance and optimize strategies

SEO & Digital Presence

  • Improve organic positioning through SEO strategies
  • Manage reviews and online reputation
  • Identify opportunities to increase industry visibility
  • Collaborate with PR and Sales teams

What are we looking for?

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO and marketing automation
  • Proven track record generating leads in long sales cycles
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) – required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
