About the Role

We are seeking a Tourism Sales Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across leisure, corporate, and group travel segments.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills with a customer-centric approach and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the travel and tourism market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual travelers, corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
  • Promote and sell travel products, packages, tours, and related services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to closing and account management.
  • Conduct virtual presentations, sales meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Travel Industry sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, cruise, airline, destination management, or leisure industry.
  • Existing network within the travel and tourism sector.
  • Experience selling B2B and/or B2C travel solutions.
  • Knowledge of international travel markets and tourism trends.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus.
