About the Role
The Growth Strategist will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, business acumen, and execution capabilities to drive measurable impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Analyze business, customer, and market data to generate actionable insights.
- Design and optimize growth experiments across marketing, sales, product, and customer success functions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation studies.
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for expansion opportunities.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure growth performance.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Strategy, Business Strategy, Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Development, Consulting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data analysis, performance metrics, and growth frameworks.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating across multiple business functions.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare, or high-growth environments.
- Knowledge of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience with CRM, BI, and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and A/B testing.
- Experience supporting go-to-market and expansion initiatives.
- MBA or relevant advanced education is a plus.
