We are looking for a Head of AI & Automation to lead the integration of AI and automation across the organization, driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly technical and entrepreneurial professional who enjoys both building systems and enabling teams. You will work cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and marketing to automate workflows, implement AI tools, and modernize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

AI Implementation & Strategy

• Lead the rollout and integration of AI tools across all business units
• Identify high-impact use cases and execute rapid implementations
• Establish scalable and secure AI practices across the organization

Automation & Process Optimization

• Automate manual workflows across multiple departments
• Design systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements

Data, Dashboards & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
• Integrate multiple data sources into unified reporting systems
• Provide real-time visibility into key business metrics

Technical Development

• Develop scripts, tools, and lightweight applications
• Work with databases, APIs, and internal systems
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve execution

Training & Enablement

• Train non-technical teams on AI and automation tools
• Create practical workflows and playbooks
• Act as the internal expert on AI initiatives

Technology Leadership

• Define and execute the AI and automation roadmap
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives
• Act as the internal Head of AI / Technology

Qualifications

• Strong technical background (engineering, data, automation, or similar)
• Experience implementing AI tools in business environments
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, APIs, or similar
• Proven experience building systems and automating workflows
• Experience with data integration and dashboard development
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-starter with high ownership and execution mindset
• Fluent in English
