Our client is a well-established international SaaS organization with more than 30 years of experience delivering data-driven solutions for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries across multiple global markets. As part of its continued expansion in the United States, the company is investing heavily in cloud partnerships, AWS Marketplace growth, and strategic ecosystem development.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and scaling the company’s AWS partnership strategy while working directly with executive leadership.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Partner Manager to lead AWS partnership initiatives, drive co-sell opportunities, and accelerate growth through the AWS ecosystem.
The ideal candidate understands AWS partner programs, AWS Marketplace, cloud alliances, and co-sell motions. You will be responsible for building strong relationships across AWS teams, identifying joint business opportunities, and creating scalable partnership processes that support long-term commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with AWS stakeholders, including Partner Development Managers, Account Teams, Marketplace Teams, Solution Architects, and Industry Specialists.
- Drive AWS co-sell initiatives and identify joint customer opportunities alongside AWS field teams.
- Manage AWS Marketplace transactions, private offers, and related commercial activities.
- Own and track AWS-generated pipeline and ACE opportunities.
- Coordinate participation in AWS partner programs, executive introductions, webinars, and industry events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to execute AWS go-to-market strategies.
- Increase company visibility and engagement within the AWS ecosystem.
- Develop relationships with AWS-focused consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on AWS ecosystem opportunities and competitive developments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AWS Partnerships, Cloud Alliances, Strategic Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, or related SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Marketplace, AWS Partner Network (APN), and co-sell programs.
- Experience working with enterprise sales organizations and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Proven success building executive-level relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and manage partner-driven pipeline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS ISV Accelerate or other AWS partner programs.
- Experience driving SaaS sales through AWS Marketplace.
- Existing relationships within the AWS ecosystem.
- Background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, CRM, Data & Analytics, or HealthTech environments.
- Familiarity with cloud go-to-market strategies, marketplace procurement, and private offer processes.
- Experience supporting international technology companies expanding into the U.S. market.
