The Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Project Manager who thrives on wearing many hats, diving into multiple areas of the business, and driving projects from concept to completion. This is an in-office role with significant ownership over initiatives that directly shape the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations, timely project delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Support executive decision-making and long-term business planning.
• Product Development Support: Assist in launching new products, including market research, vendor coordination, and go-to-market planning.
• Operations: Jump into different functions as needed—no task is too big or too small.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track project progress, create status reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Marketing & Trade Shows: Plan and execute marketing strategies for trade shows and company branding efforts.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to streamline workflows.
