About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Prompt Engineer to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts that improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of Generative AI applications.

You will work closely with AI engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to develop prompt strategies, evaluate AI outputs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-powered solutions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications.
• Test and evaluate AI model outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI interactions.
• Create prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for scalable AI implementation.
• Analyze model performance and identify opportunities for prompt optimization.
• Conduct experiments and iterate on prompt strategies to improve results.
• Document prompt engineering methodologies and workflows.
• Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and emerging AI technologies.
• Support the development of AI-powered products and automation initiatives.
• Assist in defining evaluation metrics and quality standards for AI-generated content.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience working with Generative AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-powered platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and AI model behavior.
• Experience creating, testing, and refining prompts for different use cases.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting, or basic programming is a plus.

Language Requirements

Advanced English (mandatory).

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with international teams in both written and spoken English.
