At 5411Hub, a consultancy specialized in executive and strategic talent acquisition, we are currently seeking a Sales Coach – Contact Center (B2C) for a company within the travel industry focused on commercial performance, customer experience, and business growth.

This role will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing contact center sales team, ensuring strong outbound performance, effective lead conversion, and KPI excellence within a fast-paced B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of contact center sales agents.
• Drive outbound sales strategies including calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent and effective lead follow-up processes across the team.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales KPIs such as conversion rates, contact rates, revenue per agent, and response times.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to maximize team results.
• Improve sales scripts, workflows, and the quality of customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to strengthen pipeline performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and overall sales outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contact center sales leadership or coaching roles.
• Strong background in KPI management and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with outbound sales and lead follow-up strategies.
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or service industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and contact center management tools.
