From 5411 Hub, a firm specialized in Headhunting & Recruiting across the United States and LATAM, we are currently supporting a growing international company in the search for a Sales Director to lead and scale its commercial operations.

Our client operates within the premium/luxury services space, delivering highly personalized experiences to a sophisticated U.S. client base. The company is entering a new stage of growth, focused on strengthening its sales structure, enhancing processes, and accelerating revenue performance.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and elevate the sales organization, with a strong focus on outbound initiatives and high-value client acquisition.

This role combines leadership, commercial strategy, and execution, playing a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the luxury market. The selected candidate will lead a high-performing team, optimize the sales funnel, and drive consistent revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Sales Model: This is a no cold-calling environment. All sales are driven by qualified leads generated through digital channels, with a strong focus on conversion, client experience, and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and accountability
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client-centricity
  • Identify and capitalize on high-value business opportunities
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion performance
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-ticket deals
  • Ensure an outstanding, high-touch client experience aligned with luxury standards
  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting systems
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute growth strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a sales leader with strong experience in outbound and consultative high-ticket B2C environments, ideally within luxury or premium services.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, bringing a proven track record in team leadership, revenue growth, and conversion-driven sales environments.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven success in outbound and/or consultative sales environments
  • Experience within luxury products or services is strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams and deliver measurable revenue growth

Preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience in industries such as hospitality, travel, or luxury services

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
