At 5411 Hub, we have partnered with an innovative technology company to find a Sales Manager – CRM Solutions who will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the U.S. market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a strong consultative selling background, experience selling CRM or SaaS solutions, and a passion for building long-term client relationships while driving business growth.
You will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and deliver value-driven CRM solutions to enterprise clients.
About the Role
As the Sales Manager – CRM Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, developing new business opportunities, and expanding existing accounts throughout the U.S. market.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader with experience in software sales, CRM platforms, enterprise technology, and consultative B2B selling.
This position offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to the company’s long-term commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for CRM solutions across the U.S. market.
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to each client’s business needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product evolution.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
- Experience selling CRM platforms or customer engagement solutions.
- Strong consultative sales approach with enterprise-level clients.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with sales methodologies and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements
