Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help grow the customer base, launch new products, and strengthen existing relationships. This role is ideal for candidates with a modern sales mindset who are comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and digital sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers and prospects
  • Introduce new products and grow existing accounts
  • Attend trade shows and customer meetings
  • Manage post–trade show follow-ups
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy and execution
  • Execute email and digital marketing campaigns for large customer lists

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Medical or healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer meetings
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to new business
  • Interest in building a long-term career, not a short-term role
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools and CRM platforms is a plus
