Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help grow the customer base, launch new products, and strengthen existing relationships. This role is ideal for candidates with a modern sales mindset who are comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and digital sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with customers and prospects
- Introduce new products and grow existing accounts
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings
- Manage post–trade show follow-ups
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy and execution
- Execute email and digital marketing campaigns for large customer lists
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Medical or healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer meetings
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to new business
- Interest in building a long-term career, not a short-term role
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Familiarity with AI tools and CRM platforms is a plus
