At 5411 Hub – Headhunting & Recruiting Experts, we are currently partnering with a leading technology company with presence across the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Chile to hire a Sales Manager focused on driving revenue growth, leading outbound sales strategies, and scaling high-performing teams.

🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Manager with a strong track record in building pipeline, closing high-value deals, and leading sales teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategy and execution, with direct influence on revenue growth and market expansion.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Personally own and close complex, high-value deals
  • Optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion rates
  • Partner with Marketing and Leadership to align go-to-market strategies
  • Track and drive performance through KPIs, forecasting, and reporting

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Sales Leader in tech or high-growth environments
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, outbound strategy, and revenue generation
  • Experience managing teams and scaling sales operations
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to close enterprise or mid-market deals
  • Experience in multi-country environments is a plus

💰 Compensation (Aligned with LA Market Benchmarks)

  • Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000
  • Variable (Commission/Bonus): $40,000 – $80,000 (performance-based)

👉 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $220,000+

Compensation is structured with a strong performance-based variable component, rewarding achievement of revenue targets, team performance, and strategic growth objectives.
