5411Hub is expanding its network of Senior Freelance Recruiters in Peru.
We are looking for experienced Senior recruitment professionals with 5+ years of experience to support hiring projects across IT, Executive, and non-technical roles for clients throughout Latin America and the United States.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity, ideal for recruiters who are self-driven, results-oriented, and have advanced or fluent English, as you will collaborate with international clients and candidates on a daily basis.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Source, interview, and assess candidates.
- Present qualified talent to clients.
- Recruit Technology, Digital, Engineering, Corporate, Management, and C-Level professionals across multiple industries.
- Partner closely with our recruiting team and contribute to search strategy, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future recruitment projects.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience recruiting Technology, Digital, Engineering, Corporate, Management, and C-Level profiles.
- Strong experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Advanced or fluent English is required.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- A self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work on a freelance basis.
- Experience in Coaching or Executive Coaching will be highly valued.
