This is a product-first role with real leverage, not a business analysis or advisory position. You sit at the intersection of strategy, product design, and execution, translating high-level initiatives into clear, buildable end-to-end flows, with tokenomics and liquidity embedded from day one.
The role centers on turning complex on-chain activity, incentives, and user behavior into actionable insights that shape product decisions, user journeys, and ecosystem growth. Your work will directly influence how products are designed, how incentives are structured, and how long-term adoption is measured.
The mandate is ambitious: deliver a flagship real-world use case, supported by a family of complementary flows that people actually understand and use — making token utility tangible, legible, and recognizable.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong illustration skills to join a growing Web3 / blockchain technology company.
This role is ideal for a high-performing creative and systems thinker who challenges the status quo and proposes bold, user-centered design solutions. You will join a small, passionate Product Design team focused on building intuitive, inclusive experiences and demonstrating that Web3 products can be accessible beyond early adopters.
In this role, you will shape designs across web, mobile, print, and physical touchpoints, own and evolve the design system, and create illustrations and motion assets that bring consistency to the brand and product ecosystem. You will report directly to the Director of UX & Design and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and iterative testing
- Use data and feedback to inform user-centered design decisions
- Translate user insights and business needs into functional, engaging, and delightful solutions
- Collaborate with and mentor mid-level and junior designers across web, mobile, print, and more
- Maintain high visual design standards (typography, layout, hierarchy, composition)
- Deliver pixel-perfect designs aligned with product and brand strategy
- Build, maintain, and scale a design system across products
- Produce illustrations, micro-interactions, and motion design assets for digital experiences, events, and merchandise
- Conduct design QA and post-release evaluations
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in product or visual design roles
- Strong expertise in user-centered design and prototyping across devices and screen sizes
- Proven experience creating and scaling design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing illustration and motion design work
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, iterative approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work autonomously across time zones
- Fluent written and spoken English
