At 5411 Hub, we are currently supporting a fast-growing international company in the search for a Senior Product Owner with strong experience in AI-driven environments and product quality ownership.
This is not a traditional Product Owner role. We are looking for someone who combines product leadership, quality thinking, and technical awareness, ensuring that the right product decisions are made before development starts and that releases happen safely and strategically.
The role is fully remote, working with US-based teams, aligned with the Argentina time zone.
This position is ideal for a Product Owner who thinks beyond backlog management. The person in this role will act as a product quality gate, reviewing and challenging requirements, identifying risks, clarifying scope, and ensuring engineering teams receive well-defined and prioritized work.
In a fast-moving startup environment, priorities may change frequently, so success requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the confidence to say when something is not ready, unclear, or introduces delivery risks.
A key responsibility will be release ownership and risk management, balancing speed and quality while ensuring that product decisions consider business impact, system dependencies, and technical risk. AI tools are used as part of the workflow to analyze potential release impacts, dependencies, and system behavior.
The role also requires a deep understanding of the product and system architecture, often investigating product behavior directly in GitHub, using AI tools to analyze code, workflows, and dependencies when documentation is incomplete.
We are looking for professionals with:
• Strong Product Owner or Product Leadership experience
• Experience working in startup or fast-changing environments
• A strong product mindset with focus on user impact and business risk
• Ability to challenge requirements and drive clarity before development begins
• Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
• Strong familiarity with Jira, backlog management, and prioritization frameworks
• Comfort reviewing product behavior through GitHub and technical exploration
• Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with US-based teams
This role is ideal for someone who believes product ownership means influencing what gets built — not just managing tickets, and who is comfortable driving clarity, challenging assumptions, and ensuring teams deliver with confidence.
If you or someone in your network could be a good fit, we’d love to connect.
