This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing commercial leader to drive revenue growth, lead high-value client relationships, and elevate the B2C sales function within a premium, experience-driven market.
🚀 About the Role
The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and premium clients.
This position combines hands-on sales execution with commercial leadership, ensuring strong pipeline performance, high conversion rates, and exceptional client experience.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen the company’s presence in the luxury segment and maximize revenue opportunities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2C sales strategy focused on premium and luxury clients
- Manage and convert high-intent leads into high-value deals
- Personally close complex, high-ticket transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience aligned with luxury standards
- Optimize sales funnels, conversion rates, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership on go-to-market strategies
- Identify new revenue opportunities within the premium/luxury segment
🔎 What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales within luxury, premium services, or high-ticket environments
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals (luxury travel, real estate, concierge services, lifestyle, etc.)
- Strong experience managing premium client relationships
- Highly polished communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Experience working with international or high-end clientele is highly valued

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $95,000 – $120,000
- Incentive structure: Performance-based commissions
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $130,000 – $170,000+
