🚀 About the Role

The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and premium clients.

This position combines hands-on sales execution with commercial leadership, ensuring strong pipeline performance, high conversion rates, and exceptional client experience.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen the company’s presence in the luxury segment and maximize revenue opportunities.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2C sales strategy focused on premium and luxury clients
  • Manage and convert high-intent leads into high-value deals
  • Personally close complex, high-ticket transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
  • Ensure a best-in-class customer experience aligned with luxury standards
  • Optimize sales funnels, conversion rates, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on go-to-market strategies
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within the premium/luxury segment

🔎 What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales within luxury, premium services, or high-ticket environments
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals (luxury travel, real estate, concierge services, lifestyle, etc.)
  • Strong experience managing premium client relationships
  • Highly polished communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Experience working with international or high-end clientele is highly valued

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $95,000 – $120,000
  • Incentive structure: Performance-based commissions
  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): $130,000 – $170,000+
