📍 About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced BI Developer with advanced skills in Power BI and SQL to join a high-performing team that designs innovative solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
You’ll collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists, modelers, and data engineers on key strategic projects.

✅ Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build and optimize complex SQL queries and robust semantic data models.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all reports and data sources.
• Document development requirements clearly and effectively.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

🧩 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 5+ years of proven experience in BI or Data Analytics roles.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development).
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with Power BI dataflows and development pipelines.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

💡 Nice to Have

Scripting skills with Python or other languages for analysis and automation.

Experience with Tableau or Qlik Sense.

Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
